We price by volume — how much space your load takes up in the truck — not by weight or by how long the job takes. Everything is flat-rate and listed at drivebyjunk.com/pricing before you book. Most residential pickups run $100–$300. No phone quote required, no in-person estimate, no surprise add-ons at the curb.
We take furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, mattresses, tires (limit 4), and general household junk. We do not haul hazardous materials (paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste) or items that require special disposal permits. Same-day pickup is often available in Loveland, Fort Collins, and the surrounding area — book online before noon and check for open slots that day. We typically have next-day slots available six days a week. The booking page shows live availability; pick a date and time window that works and we'll confirm within minutes.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). No cash, no checks. A deposit is charged at booking to hold your slot; the remainder is collected at or after job completion. The exact deposit and balance amounts are shown during checkout — nothing happens until you confirm.
Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled window at no charge — use the reschedule link in your confirmation email or call (970) 342-8523. Cancellations inside 24 hours may forfeit the deposit. We're a small local crew — give us as much notice as you can and we'll work with you.
