Transfer of Ownership & Authorization

The Customer represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of, or have the full legal authority to dispose of, all items released to DriveBy Junk Removal. Upon release of said items to the Company, all right, title, and interest shall transfer immediately and irrevocably to DriveBy Junk Removal. The Company maintains absolute discretion regarding the final disposition of all items—including but not limited to sale, donation, recycling, or disposal. The Customer hereby waives any claim to future interest in the items, including any proceeds or profits derived from their subsequent sale or transfer.

This clause applies to all pickups scheduled through drivebyjunk.com or directly by phone.

Service Terms

DriveBy Junk Removal provides junk removal services in Northern Colorado. By booking a pickup, you agree to have items ready for removal at your scheduled time. We reserve the right to decline removal of hazardous materials, prohibited items, or anything we cannot safely transport. Final pricing is based on the items removed; estimates are non-binding. A $50 deposit (if paid) is applied to your final bill.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule at any time by calling (970) 342-8523. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made with reasonable notice (24+ hours before your scheduled time). Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit at our discretion.

Liability

DriveBy Junk Removal is fully insured. We take reasonable care when removing items from your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items. By scheduling with us, you agree to hold DriveBy Junk Removal harmless from any claims arising from the removal of items you have authorized us to take.
